Does Boots provide delivery services in Thailand?

We do not provide the delivery service in Thailand at the moment.

How can I return products purchased from Boots?

Products can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase if they are still in good condition. Please keep your receipt as proof of payment and show it to the store where you made the purchase.

How can I find out when a product will be back in stock?

We can't give specific dates on when individual products will be back in store, however we do receive regular deliveries to our stores and most items are back in stock within two weeks.

How do I find out about future promotions?

We can’t announce details of promotions before they go into our stores, however you will be able to see from our Facebook fan page, website, promotion leaflet and in our stores what the latest great value promotion is from Boots.

How do I apply for a Boots Advantage Card?

All Thailand residents can apply for the Boots Advantage Card for free. Just fill in the membership form at any Boots store and you can recieve your card instantly.

How do I check my Boots Advantage Card points balance?

You can check your points balance on your till receipt when shopping at Boots or by calling the Boots Call Center on 02-269-9599.

What do I do if I do not have my Boots Advantage Card with me when I shop?

You can tell the cashier your telephone number to activate your card and collect points and get discount immediately. However, you will need to present your card to spend your points.

What do I do if I have lost my Boots Advantage Card?

If your Boots Advantage Card is lost, stolen or damaged please inform a member of staff in any Boots store who will let you apply for a new card for free. Any points remaining on the old card can be transferred to the new card upon your request. Boots Retail (Thailand) is not responsible for points on any lost Advantage Cards.

When does the Boots Advantage Card expire?

The Advantage Card has no expiry date. Points collected are valid for 3 years.
