Do you deliver products within Thailand?

Yes. Boots currently offers nationwide delivery. You can place orders via the Boots Application or the Boots Website.

What is Boots' return policy?

We are happy to exchange or refund products that are in good condition. A return request can be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, Boots reserves the right to decline the return request.

When will an item be back in stock?

We cannot confirm the exact date when each product will be restocked. However, we regularly update our inventory, and most products are usually restocked within two weeks.

What is the next promotion?

We are unable to disclose future promotions. Please stay updated through our in-store information, Facebook Fanpage, and the Boots Website.


Boots Card Membership

How can I apply for a Boots Card?

You can apply via the Boots Application or the Boots Website free of charge.

How can I check my Boots Card points?

You can check your coins at any Boots store, at the bottom of your receipt, via the Boots Application, the Boots Website, or by calling our Call Center at 02-269-9599.

What if I forget my Boots Card number?

You can provide your phone number to collect coins or scan your membership QR code via the Boots Application. However, to redeem coins, your ID Card must be presented.

Does the Boots Card have an expiration date?

The Boots Card itself does not expire, but points are valid for 2 years.
