Your use and purchase of goods and services through these www.th.boots.com website or Boots Mobile Application (to which hereinafter shall be referred collectively or individually as the “Online System” or the “System”) are governed by these Terms and Conditions. By using this Online System, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use this Online System.
Unless otherwise specified, the contents in the Online System are produced for a user, who accesses the System from Thailand only (“User”). Boots Retail (Thailand) Co., Ltd. ("Boots" or “We”), does not warrant that any goods, which appear on the System, are suitable for use or available in other locations. Those who choose to access the System from other locations are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Some links on the System may lead you to other websites which are not under Boots’ control. When you use such links, you will leave the System and Boots cannot control or be responsible or liable for the contents of the website(s) which are not under Boots’ control.
These Terms and Conditions are construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. In a case where a part of these Terms and Conditions is void, or illegal, or unenforceable, it will not prejudice any other validity of these Terms and Conditions.
Boots Retail (Thailand) Co., Ltd., reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time by publishing the modified Terms and Conditions on the System, and by which they shall be immediately in force without advance notice.
For you to be able to purchase goods and/or services through the Online System of Boots, you must first register as a User with accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
You must keep your username and/or password from, and must not disclose them to, any other person, and you must take care of and be responsible for not allowing any other person to use them without authorization, provided that, any transaction, which is conducted in the System under your username and password, will bind you, being deemed to be expression of your intent or conducted for or on behalf of you, as if expressed or conducted by you, and Boots shall not be liable for any damage arising.
We have the right and sole discretion to approve or reject registration of a new User, as well as the right to suspend or revoke the right to use, temporarily or permanently, or delete any User Account, for whatever reason.
You can modify information in your User Account by yourself through the System or contacting the customer service department of Boots via Tel. 02 269 9599, so as to ensure that our communication with you is as effective as possible.
If you are aware of any unauthorized sign-in with your User Account, you must immediately alert us.
All brands and names of goods and services, and copyrights which appear on the System (the “Intellectual Properties”), are properties of their respective owners, comprising Boots, its affiliated companies and/or third parties, such as suppliers, as the case may be. Apart from the respective owners, Boots does not authorize any person to use the said properties in any manner. Any use of the names or the Intellectual Properties may infringe rights of the respective owners.
Copyrights of designs, messages, graphic images, as well as presentation and arrangement, which appear on the System are owned by Boots Retail (Thailand) Co., Ltd., or their respective content providers (as the case may be). You are authorized to make electronic copies or printouts of some parts of the contents on the System for personal use only, and not for commercial purpose. You must not use any contents on the System for any other purpose without prior written authorization from Boots Retail (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
When you make a purchase of goods through the Online System, the price of the goods, including shipping charges or fees (if applicable), for which you must pay, will be displayed on the System.
Payment can be made through channels as detailed in “Payment”.
We reserve the right to take any action concerning your purchase order until your purchase order is verified and accepted by notifying you via designated email and/or through the System; provided that, for us to be able to accept your purchase order, we must have duly received full payment for the price and shipping charges (if applicable) from either you or the issuer of the credit card/debit card.
We reserve the right to limit items and/or quantities of goods for selling to any specific customer.
Goods and prices sold and displayed on the System may differ from those in-store.
Even though we make our best effort to ensure that the goods displayed on the System will be available for delivery per your purchase order, certain limitations of the System may cause the information or availability of goods displayed on the System to be inconsistent with their actual status. Thus, we may hold off on confirming or processing a purchase order, or cancel a purchase order in a case where such goods are temporarily out of stock, or whose distribution is ceased, whereas we may offer any other similar goods for you to consider purchasing instead.
The total sum of the price and shipping charges (if applicable) for a purchase order on the System is total amount invoiced on the day that your purchase order is confirmed.
You can make a payment via the following methods:
Credit Card/Debit Card: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, CUP (China Union Pay);
Cash On Delivery (COD);
Payment through QR payment gateway
Payment through True Money Wallet.
Redemption of Boots Card Membership Coins,
provided that you must be responsible for the transfer fee or payment fee (if applicable), as collected by the respective service provider.
We shall not be liable for any credit card fraud.
Unless otherwise specified, prices displayed on the System are denominated in Thai Baht and inclusive of value added tax.
If a payment is not completed or we reject your purchase order due to invalid payment, or payment for the price and shipping charges is not made and/or is made but not in full, as a result of any error attributable to the use of credit card/debit card, or your credit card/debit card issuer rejects the transaction, you must duly make the payment in full as well as contact your credit card/debit card issuer to resolve such error.
Payment channels, including the conditions pertaining thereto, in any purchase order, or for any goods, may be subject to change without advance notice.
Boots electronic coupons cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed into cash.
Use of an electronic coupon is limited to 1 (one) coupon or 1 (one) code per purchase order.
We may cancel your purchase order where the goods are not available, or in a case where we determine that the purchase order or purchase does not comply with our conditions, or in any other case where we are unable to process the purchase order, provided that you will be notified.
We may reject any purchase order which we believe to be for a commercial purpose.
In a case where we cancel your purchase order, we will refund you in the same form as that of your payment.
Any purchase order accepted by us cannot be cancelled. If you wish to receive further information or assistance, please contact the customer service department via Tel. 02 269 9599.
Upon receiving the goods, you must inspect their conditions. If the goods are found to be incorrect, incomplete, damaged or defective, or have expired, you may submit a request for return of the goods in the System within 14 days after the date of delivery. If the said period lapses, Boots reserves the right to reject the request for return of the goods. All request for return of goods will be considered on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with our criteria.
You may submit a request for return of goods within the period stipulated in Clause 1. above in the following cases:
2.1. The goods have expired, are incorrect, or damaged in its original packaging;
2.2. You are not satisfied with the goods, provided that the goods must remain in its original condition and packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund for goods whose packaging is opened, or for goods which have been used.
Once we have reviewed your request for return of goods (along with relevant evidence), and approve the return of the goods, we will refund the amount after discount (if applicable and exclusive of shipping charges) which you paid Boots to you, through the channel by which you made the payment for the said goods within the period as follows:

Shipping Charges
Free of charge for any purchase order of 799 Baht or more;
Bangkok Metropolitan Region: 10 Baht per purchase order;
Other areas excluding Bangkok Metropolitan Region: 10 Baht per purchase order.
Unless otherwise stipulated by Boots in these Terms and Conditions or any other announcement of terms, Boots is not responsible for damaged or lost goods after delivery, or in a case where delivery was not made directly to the recipient per your instructions, e.g., to leave the goods at the door .
We or the carrier will notify you if we foresee that the goods will not be delivered within the approximate date of delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any damage, loss or expenses arising from a late delivery.
If you have reason to believe that the parcel packet has been opened without permission, please refuse to sign on receipt of the delivery and immediately notify our customer service department.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which is deemed to be a part of these Terms and Conditions.
Though we have taken every care in the preparation of the contents on the System, however, we cannot guarantee that all information on the System is up to date and free of error. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties or guarantees, either express or implied, as to the completeness and accuracy of the information and the contents on the System.
We will not assume liability for any damage, loss or expenses arising as a result of or is consequential to you using the System or a website linked to the System, or any damage, loss or expenses arising as a result of failure to use, error, omission, disruption, defect, incompleteness or computer virus, even though we may have been notified that the said damage, loss or expenses may arise. We shall not be liable to any User for any claim which may arise from the System or any contents, including any decision or action arising from the User's reliance on the said contents, or for any damage, either direct or indirect, or any potential damage.
We make every effort to reproduce colours on the System as accurately as possible. However, different computers and mobile devices reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet practicable. When you purchase goods from the System, colours may differ from what you see on your screen. If you are not satisfied with the colour of your purchased goods, please refer to additional information in “Return of Goods and Refund”.
Where we are unable to carry out our duty under any contract, due to an event of force majeure or any event beyond our reasonable control, we shall not be liable for any damage, loss or expenses arising as a result of, or is consequential to, our inability to carry out the said duty. Subject to our sole discretion and stipulated conditions, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any purchase order, in any case, including reject return of goods exceeding a stipulated amount.
We reserve the right to cease any operation or use of the System, either in whole or in part, without advance notice, for purposes such as modifying the contents, rectifying error, or updating, developing or repairing the related system.
