3. Boots may cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme at any time, including these terms and conditions or any individual Boots Card account
4. All Boots Cards (previously known as Boots Advantage Card) belong to Boots.
5. This Boots Card scheme is only valid in Boots stores in Thailand, Boots Mobile Application and www.th.boots.com only.
6. Boots cannot issue additional cards for the same account. If we identify that you hold two or more Boots Card accounts, we may merge them into one account or take any other action at our discretion.
7. The Boots Card scheme is for personal use only; business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. Boots reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage.
8. Boots can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a Boots Card account and coins accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme or associated offers.
9. Additional Boots Card offers and benefits may differ across different sales channels.
10. Boots reserve the right to withdraw any benefits or promotional offers or event without notice.
11. Boots may remove Boots Card coins from Boots Card accounts that remain unredeemed for two years or have been closed.
12. Boots may decline any Boots Card application without giving reason.
13. To be eligible for Boots Card, you must not be a minor and must not be an incompetent person or a quasi-incompetent person.
14. You acknowledge and agree that all personal data and/or information, provided to Boots or arising from your subsequent transaction(s) with Boots are the property of Boots.
15. Boots may collect, use and disclose your information within Boots, its affiliates, and selected partners. The information will be used for analysis, the distribution of benefits relating to the Boots Card and to provide information and advice to you. Boots will ensure that all of personal information supplied is held securely and according to our Boots Privacy Policy.
1. Get discount 5% off on Boots Brands and participating products at all Boots store branches in Thailand, Boots Mobile Application and www.th.boots.com, excluding Boots Thailand (Official) on Shopee and Lazada, drugs, medical supplies, medical devices, clearance products and products subject to special promotions (such as buy 1 get 1 free, buy 2 get 1 free, discounts of more than 50%, special member price and extra coins promotions) and purchases through GrabMart or foodpanda.
2. Collect 1 coin for every 125 THB spend at all Boots store branches in Thailand, Boots Mobile Application, and www.th.boots.com, excluding purchases through Boots Thailand (Official) on Shopee and Lazada and clearance products. Coins collected will be valid for 2 years since year of issuing.
3. Exclusive member discounts and extra coins offers.
4. Boots Card coins cannot be changed or exchanged for cash or transferred.
5. Boots reserves the right to substitute or remove products and services for coins collection and spending in store without notice
6. Returns shall be subject to the terms and conditions printed at the back of receipt. Redeemed coins cannot be recovered or refunded as coins, cash or discount in any case.
7. Boots reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions without notice.
1. Boots Card 1 coin are worth 1 THB which can be spent with the purchase at Boots stores in Thailand, Boots Mobile Application, and www.th.boots.com, excluding airport stores, duty free shops, and Siam Paragon Food hall branches and purchases through Boots Thailand (Official) on Shopee, Lazada, GrabMart and foodpanda.
2. Present your Boots Card account with your personal ID or passport to the cashier to spend your coins
3. Coins cannot be spent on drugs, medical supplies, medical devices or clearance products.
1. You don’t need to apply for a new Boots Card, simply refer to your mobile number and personal ID card number which registered to Boots Card according to the application conditions.
2. Boots is not responsible for coins on any lost Boots Card.
